How does Periodt. underwear work?
Each pair has built-in absorbent layers designed to hold your flow without needing pads, liners, or tampons. Just wear, rinse, wash, repeat. It’s period care — simplified.
How long can I wear them?
Most people wear them for 8–12 hours depending on their flow. Heavy days? You might want to change midday. Listen to your body.
Can I wear them all day at mahi, school, or the gym?
Absolutely. Periodt.™ was made for real life — work, study, workouts, or lounging. No leaks. No limits.
Are they safe to wear?
Yes — our underwear is free from PFAS, BPA, and all that toxic stuff. You deserve care that’s clean and conscious.
How do I wash them?
Cold rinse first, then cold machine wash. No bleach, no fabric softener. Air dry flat — no dryers please!
How do I know which style or absorbency to choose?
Check the 💧 droplet icons on each product. 1–2 droplets = light/moderate. 3+ droplets = heavy flow protection. Or grab a bundle to cover your whole cycle.
